Muthappa Rai turns don for Upendra!

Former underworld don Muthappa Rai may have to adopt his earlier style of working like using cuss words whoever comes his way or going any extent to see that his enemy is no more the same for him again! Well, he is all set to play the role of a baddie in Upendra's upcoming movie Katari Veera Surasundarangi.

Grapevine is abuzz with the news that Muthappa Rai has been signed to play the role of the villain in Katari Veera Surasundarangi. It is said that both Uppi and Rai play dons and they are rivals in the upcoming Kannada movie. Sources say that the dialogues mouthed by the ex-don have been written with a special interest.

The movie also features Ramya in the role of Apsara. Apart from her, Ambareesh is also performing a pivotal character in Katari Veera Surasundarangi. It is directed by Suresh Krishna of Kadamba fame.
