It seems troubles for Katari Veera Surasundarangi are never ending, as the film has now invited a fresh trouble. Well, Vishweshateertha seer of Pejawara mutt has warned the makers of Katari Veera Surasundarangi that he would hold protest if the film shows the Hindu gods in a bad taste.
The Pejawar seer has claimed that if he comes to know that the film, Katari Veera Surasundarangi hurts the sentiment of the Hindus by showing our gods in poor light, he would hold a protest. He will be deciding his next move after the release of the film on Thursday (May 10).
Reacting to this, producer Munirathna said, “We have not hurt the sentiments of the Hindus nor we have shown the gods in the bad taste. People will realize it once the movie hit the screens and I am ready to arrange a special screening for the seer.”
Meanwhile, the stage is set for the release of Katari Veera Surasundarangi featuring Upendra, Ramya, Ambareesh, Dodanna, Muthappa Rai and others. The film is releasing tomorrow in 170 theatres.
