Pooja Gandhi in the soup; Dr Kiran files a complaint against her

Pooja Gandhi seems to have landed in the soup as a case has been filed against her and her father Pawan Gandhi. A doctor named Kiran Thontabailu, who was earlier in the news when he had accused her of using his car and mobile and created a controversy, has now lodged the complaint claiming the Gandhi family has threatened to kill him.

He has alleged that Pooja Gandhi's father has called him 10-20 times and threatened to kill him after her marriage with realtor Anand Gowda broke up. They believe that he is the reason behind the break up and has started troubling him. Kiran has also claimed that her father has sent a threatening SMS which reads, "I will kill you."

According to Kiran's legal counsel, RLN Murthy, Pawan Gandhi called Kiran after the break up was announced on news channels. Meanwhile, the Gandhi family has denied the allegations and said that Anand Gowda and Kiran have planned to defame Pooja Gandhi. Hence, they are creating unnecessary controversy.

Anand Gowda has denied his role in creating the fresh controversy. He has expressed his shock over reports which related his name to Pooja Gandhi's link with Kiran.

Pooja Gandhi's mother Jyothi has accused Kiran for breaking up Pooja's engagement and also claimed that both Kiran and Anand are trying to create troubles for them.

Earlier, Pooja said, "He was threatening me of spoiling my reputation with allegations that are baseless. He also claimed that the car I use was owned by him. But, I have all documents to prove that the car is in my father's name."

However, five weeks after her engagement to a realtor, Pooja Gandhi called off her wedding with her fiance on Wednesday (December 19).
