Confirmed: Sameera Reddy to romance Sudeep in Varadhanayaka

We have reported last week that Sameera Reddy was likely to pair up with Sudeep in Varadhanayaka. Now, the actress herself has confirmed that she will be making her debut in Kannada film industry in the forthcoming movie, which also features Chiranjeevi Sarja and Nikesha Patel.

Speaking to a leading daily, Sameera Reddy has said that she has been roped in by the makers of Varadhanayaka, which is a remake of Telugu blockbuster Lakshyam, but she is yet to complete the formalities. The 29-year-old claims that the script of the upcoming Kannada film has impressed her and that made her to give a green signal for the project.

However, Sameera, who will be enacting the role played by Kalyani in the original, is yet to allot the dates for Varadhanayaka directed by Ayyappa P and produced by Shankare Gowda.
