Bangalore: Here comes an interesting news about Veerappan Attahasa. The movie, which is based on forest brigand Veerappan, will have a special song! Well, a track on the female leads will be shot to add some colour to the intense drama.

We hear that the makers of the film have decided to shoot the special song for promotions. As Attahasa does not have any track in the film, they are planning for the special number to attract the audience. Lakshmi Rai, Bhavana Rao, Vijayalakshmi and other actors of the movie will be part of this song.

According to director AMR Ramesh, the song will not make it to the final copy of Veerappan Attahasa and it is mainly shot to make the audience aware of the movie by airing it on television. It is composed by Emil of Jinke Mari fame. However, it is expected to be censored this week and prior to the release, it will be specially screened for the Dr Rajkumar family, as his infamous kidnap is also part of the story.

Veerappan Attahasa, which is simultaneously made as Vana Yuddham in Tamil, is the story of the slain forest brigand and his adventures. Kishore plays the title role, Arjun Sarja is playing the role of DGP K Vijayakumar, Suresh Oberoi enacting Raj Kumar role, Vijayalakshmi as Muthulakshmi, the wife of Veerappan, and Laksmi Rai as journalist Vijayata Vashisht.
