Multilingual actor Atul Kulkarni is all set to share screen space with Pooja Gandhi in Sandalwood's forthcoming movie Abhinetri. The actor, who had caught the attention of Kollywood audience as an antagonist in Arrambam, will be playing an important role in the movie.
Atul Kulkarni made his Sandalwood debut with Bhoomi Geetha. Later he was seen in the movies like Aa Dinagalu and Edegarike, which were based on the novels - 'Daadagiriya Aa Dinagalu' and 'Edegarike', respectively. He has given life for Sridhar's character of the novels, which is written by Agni Sridhar.
Actress turned politician Pooja Gandhi is making her comeback with Abhinetri. Beside, playing the title role, Pooja is also producing the movie with BS Vyjayanthi. The actress, who received rave reviews for her bold acting in Kannada's critically acclaimed movie Dandupalya, is all set to comeback on Sandalwood screen in a female centric movie.
It is reported that Markrand Deshpande, who shared screen with Pooja Gandhi in Dandupalya is also seen in an important role in the film. However, Pooja has refused to reveal about Atul and Markrand's role in Abhinetri. The movie is directed by Satish Pradhan, which has started its shooting from November 24.
