After Dandam Dhashagunam, Ayya 2, Chiranjeevi Sarja To Don Khaki In Samrat

Sandalwood's handsome hunk Chiranjeevi Sarja is all set to don Khaki in his forthcoming movie Samrat. The actor, who has already done the police role in Dandam Dashagunam, will also be donning khaki in Om Prakash Rao's Ayya 2.

Samrat is the Sandalwood debut of Telugu director Manohar. Chiranjeevi Sarja is paired opposite South lass Neha Patil in which she will be playing the role of press reporter. Neha is currently busy with the shooting of an untitled flick in which she is paired opposite Yogesh aka Loose Madha Yogesh.

Speaking to leading daily, Neha said, "I am very happy to act in another Kannada movie. I play the role of a journalist, who will also be an environmentalist in the movie. It is a very different role in my career."

It is said that Chiru will be playing the role of a cop, who will also be a playboy. The actor was seen as a tough cop in Dandam Dashagunam, and he is all set to play the same role in Ayya 2.

However, the crew has cleared that the movie is not related to Sandalwood's old movie Samrat, which had Sahasa Simha Dr Vishnuvardhan in the lead role. The actor had played the tough cop in the movie.
