Pradeepa, who is famous as a Radio Jockey (RJ), is making his debut as a director in Kannada film industry. The movie is titled as Huchudugaru, which is slated to release in December 2013.
Amidst their busy schedule, Huchudugaru team visited Oneindia and shared their experience. They said that the movie has become much anticipated and the promos and songs have been getting huge response not only from localites, but also from the Kannadigas, who are settled abroad.
Huchudugaru has Chetan Chandra, Adithi Rao, Deva, Amith and Prathap in the lead roles. The crew had released their audio songs recently. They revealed that the track 'Yaarannu kelali, yaarannu helali', which is crooned by Sonu Nigam is already receiving positive response from the listeners.
Talking about the Tag-line 'Full oota, beedi benki patna (Full Meals, Beedi and a match box)', director Pradeepa said, "Our story is mainly set in rural backdrop. People who live in rural areas will be satisfied with these things. So, we chose this tag-line."
He also revealed that Huchudugaru deals with the story of youths, who lack decision making. The story starts from the small village in Nanjangood town, which is located near Mysore and ends in Bangalore.
