Kannada Movie Whistle - Preview

Chiranjeevi Sarja is returning with Whistle after the success of Varadanayaka, which was released earlier this year. The forthcoming movie is a remake of superhit Tamil movie Pizza, which starred Vijay Sethupathi and Remya Nambeesan.

For the first time, Chiranjeevi Sarja aka Chiru has paired up with Pranitha. The film is directed by Prashant Raj of Love Guru fame and features Guru Dutt and director Guruprasad of Mutta fame in the key roles.

Release:
Whistle is releasing in over 45 theatres in Karnataka. The number of screens are expected to increase in the coming days. According to press release, the makers are simultaneously releasing the movie in Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi. It will be first of its kind if the film releases in the five states outside Karnataka

Clash:
Whistle will be clashing with two other releases on July 12. Tanush and Harshika Poonacha starrer Ale, which is directed by Gopikiran, and Bhairavi, starring martial arts specialist Ayesha are hitting the screens.
