Nayantara, Arya, Taapsee Pannu, Mahesh Manjrekar and Rana Daggubati were seen in the important roles of the movie. Arrambam also featured Sandalwood actors Kishore, evergreen beauty Suman Ranganath and Atul Kulkarni in the pivotal roles.
Kishore, who was last seen in his critically acclaimed movie Jatta as the forest guard, plays the role of tough cop in Arrambam. Suman Ranganth and Atul Kulakarni plays the antagonist role, who will be all time troublemakers for the common man.
Arrambam is the second combination of Ajith Kumar, Nayantara, music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja and director Vishnuvardhana. The movie also got grand opening in Bangalore city. It is reported that due to limited number of screens in Hosur district, people were forced to move to Bangalore to watch the movie.
Amidst the celebration of Kannada Rajyotsava, for which the movie screening was stopped on November 1, and the release of Kannada movie Raja Huli starring Yash, Arrambam has struck gold in Bangalore Box Office.
