The Delhi gang rape incident has inspired many filmmakers from different film industries to plan a film on the shameful episode, and a hot and happening actress has thrown the hat to become Nirbhaya, the victim, on-screen. Well, multilingual actress Lakshmi Rai has expressed her wish to portray the role of Nirbhaya.

The 23-year-old has said that she wants to do her bit by enacting the role of Nirabhaya, as rape victims are there in every part of the nation. Lakshmi Rai believes that she could do the role and do not see why she could not play the role of the rape victim.

The role will help her to educate people on dangers in the society. People are in the state of shock and it has raised an alarm on the needs to be addressed like never before.
