Kannadada
Kotyadhipati
2
is
coming
up
with
the
tagline
-
Life
Changing
Questions,
and
it
has
turned
out
to
be
true
at
least
in
Hussain
Basha's
life
as
he
has
created
history
by
winning
Rs
1
crore
on
the
show.
All
of
a
sudden,
he
is
getting
a
lot
of
attention
from
public
and
media.
From
meeting
Congress
President
Parameshwar
to
his
visit
to
Shankar
Bidari's
office,
the
young
boy
is
being
treated
just
like
another
popular
celebrity.
However,
the
attention
seems
to
have
not
made
much
difference
in
him,
as
success
has
not
gone
into
Hussain
Basha's
head.
Hussain
Basha,
who
visited
Oneindia
on
April
23,
shared
about
what
he
is
going
through
now,
about
his
family
background,
education
and
more
with
us.
Here
are
the
excerpts:
Please
give
us
a
brief
introduction
about
your
background,
education
and
family.
I
am
basically
from
Chellur
near
Karatagi
in
Gangavathi
taluk,
Koppal
district.
I
am
born
to
a
poor
agriculturist
family
and
have
four
sisters
and
a
younger
brother
in
my
family.
I
did
my
schooling
till
seventh
grade
in
the
village
itself
and
completed
my
high
school
in
Siddaa
Ganga
in
Tumkur.
Due
to
financial
issues,
I
could
not
continue
my
education
for
the
next
four
years.
In
between,
I
did
small
jobs
and
even
worked
as
a
lorry
cleaner
in
Bangalore.
In
2010,
I
joined
a
college
to
do
PUC.
Presently,
I
am
pursuing
BA.
You
have
become
a
celebrity
overnight.
What
are
you
going
through
now
and
how
does
it
feel
to
be
in
the
news?
It
feels
great
to
have
won
Rs
1
crore.
But
I
am
bit
shy
to
talk
to
media
as
this
is
the
happening
in
my
life
for
the
first
time.
Nonetheless,
it
is
helping
me
to
meet
new
people.
How
was
your
experience
on
Kannadada
Kotyadhipati
hotseat?
It
is
a
great
experience.
I
was
awestruck
when
I
went
to
AVM
Studios
in
Chennai,
as
the
sets
was
beyond
my
imagination.
However,
I
was
not
good
at
Fastest
Finger
but
somehow
I
made
it
to
the
hotseat.
Puneet
Rajkumar
sir
was
very
encouraging
in
the
beginning
and
the
initial
questions
were
easy.
But
as
I
started
giving
right
answers
one
after
the
other,
the
game
became
tougher.
What
was
going
in
your
mind
before
facing
the
15th
question?
Luckily,
there
was
a
two-day
gap
before
facing
the
crore
question.
Somewhere
at
the
bottom
of
my
heart,
I
wanted
to
quit
the
game.
Frankly
speaking,
I
required
only
four
lakhs
to
clear
my
family
loans
and
I
was
sure
that
I
would
get
at
least
minimum
Rs
3.20
lakhs
from
the
show.
Well,
you
went
on
to
answer
it..
Yes,
my
thoughts
changed
in
the
two
days
time
and
I
decided
to
face
it
once
for
all.
I
did
not
want
to
waste
the
golden
opportunity
of
my
life
time.
Were
you
confident
of
your
answer?
Well,
I
had
read
it
somewhere
and
felt
like
I
knew
the
answer.
Hence,
I
asked
Puneet
to
lock
the
answer.
I
took
15
minutes
to
answer
the
question.
Hussain
Basha
What
did
Puneet
say
after
winning
Rs
1
crore?
He
was
very
happy
and
told
me
that
he
wanted
at
least
one
person
to
win
a
crore
in
the
second
season.
I
fulfilled
his
wishes
and
he
praised
me
for
the
same.
Hussain

At
Oneindia
You
seem
to
be
familiar
with
Bhagavad
Gita...
Siddaganga
school
had
a
great
influence
on
me.
As
I
studied
there
for
three
years,
I
got
to
learn
about
the
Hindu
dharma
and
it
helped
me
to
study
some
Sanskrit
shlokas.
Hussain
Basha
At
Oneindia
What
would
you
like
to
do
with
the
winning
amount?
I
would
like
to
clear
all
my
family
debts
at
the
first
place.
But
I
have
not
planned
yet
apart
from
clearing
my
loans.
I
just
want
to
continue
my
education
and
give
the
same
to
my
sisters.
I
would
like
to
help
them
to
achieve
their
goals.
Hussain
Basha
At
Oneindia
What
is
your
goal
in
life?
I
want
to
study
IAS.
As
my
financial
condition
is
good
now,
I
would
like
to
take
a
break
from
small
jobs
and
concentrate
only
on
my
studies.

Your
last
word...
People
in
my
region
hardly
give
importance
to
education.
Children
are
wooed
to
take
up
agriculture
as
it
is
the
prime
occupation
of
the
people
in
my
place.
Now,
looking
at
me,
they
could
give
importance
to
education.
