Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri made her debut in Hindi in
Ranbir Kapoor starrer Rockstar. Being an American fashion
model and actress, she could not dub her own voice in her first
Hindi film. Now, the actress is gearing up for her second movie in
the full-fledged role in Madras Cafe and she has lent her
own voice this time.
The Bollywood actress spoke to Oneindia about
the film and her interest to work in South films. When specifically
asked whether she would accept if an offer from Sandalwood comes
her away, Nargis Fakhri said that she loves to work here but the
language is an issue to her.
She claims, "I love to work in Kannada or any South Indian
movies but I have language problems. I'm still trying to learn
Hindi and it takes time to learn other languages."
In the past, many actresses from Bollywood have acted in Kannada
film industry. Juhi Chawla, who became a house-hold name in Hindi
film industry, shot to fame in Kannada with Prem Loka and
a few movies before finding a feet in Bollywood.
