Kannada movie Neer Dose, which features Sandalwood queen Ramya and Jaggesh in the lead roles, made a huge buzz in Kannada film industry in its making stage. The actor had alleged on Ramya by hearing the rumour that she will not be acting in the movie.
Ramya had become a busy bee in politics, after she got elected as Member of Parliment from Mandya Lok Sabha constituency. There were rumours that Ramya will not be doing the movie following which Ramya had said that the crew did not make use of the dates, which were given by her.
Sudheendra, producer of Neer Dose had took the issue to Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce. It is said that he had asked Ramya to give dates for 10 days in November and 10 days in December.
The members of Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce, who met Neer Dose director Vijay Prasad and producer Sudheendra was not able to come to a conclusion, due to the absence of Ramya and Jaggesh. The meeting was presided by the Film Chambers president Gangaraju, producer Saara Govindu, Muniratna, Gandugali K Manju aka Kobri Manju and other eminent personalities of Sandalwood.
Talking to the press persons, president Gangaraju said, "We were not able to conclude anything in the meeting. Sudheendra has asked Ramya to give dates for 20 days, and promised to complete the shooting."
