Pooja Gandhi's Abhinetri Is A Tribute To 100 Years Of Indian Cinema: Atul Kulkarni

It's a known fact that multi-lingual actor Atul Kulkarni is sharing screen with Pooja Gandhi in Sandalwood's forthcoming movie Abhinetri. The actor, who is busy in the shooting of the movie in Bangalore has said that Abhinetri is a perfect tribute for 100 years of Indian Cinema.

Atul Kulkarni is a well known face in Kannada film industry with the movies like Bhoomi Geetha, Aa Dinagalu and Edegarike. The critically acclaimed actor has also bagged Filmfare award for his role in Edegarike early this year.

Currently, Atul Kulkarni is busy with the first shooting schedule of Abhinetri in Bangalore. Speaking to leading daily, Atul said, "This film is like the perfect tribute to 100 years of cinema. I actually grabbed the opportunity the moment it was offered to me." It is said that Atul is playing the film director's role in the movie.

Earlier, Pooja Gandhi had refused reveal Atul Kulkarni's role in the movie. Talking about his role in Abhinetri, Atul revealed, "I play a director in the movie and a pleasant one at that.
