Pragna To Make Her Comeback With Anarkali

Actress Pragna, who was last seen in Duniya Vijay starrer Devru, was missing from silver screen for nearly three years. The actress, who is celebrating her birthday today, is all set to make her comeback with Sandalwood's forthcoming movie Anarkali.

Anarkali, which is directed by Sadhu Kokila, stars Diamond Star Srinagara Kitty in the lead role. It is reported that Pragna has also lost some weight for her comeback movie, and will be seen in a new slim and sexy avatar.

Talking to a leading daily, Pragna said, "I am excited about my next film Anarkali. The film is special to me because I had to learn ballet for it. And the dance form, I must say, helped immensely with my transformation. In fact, more than exercise or dieting, dancing helped me get my new toned figure."

Pragna also said that she purposely took a break from filmdom to complete her studies. "Movies have always been my passion, but after my last release, Devru, I decided to take a break to evaluate the kind of work I had been doing, and what I really want to do. I also took the time to finish my studies and reinvent myself in a new slim and sexy avatar," she added.
