Puneet Rajkumar croons for Tony

Powerstar Puneet Rajkumar has sung quite a few songs for his own films as well as others. Now, the actor has lent his voice for yet another forthcoming movie starring Srinagar Kitty.

The Jackie star has sung a song for Srinagar Kitty's much-awaited Tony. He has lent his voice for 'Pakka paapi naanu paapa maduvenu, Swarga nannadu naraka nannadu...' The song is written by none other than Yogaraj Bhat, whose most songs have become chartbusters, and Imran Sardhariya has choreographed it.

To make the album popular, the makers of the film have chosen a different kind of promotions. A few days ago, the lyrics of the five tracks were published on the back page of a newspaper.

While Sadhu Kokila has composed the songs for the five tracks, Raghu Dixit, Harikrishna, Sonu Nigam, Sunidhi Chauhan, Pragya, Hemanth and MD Pallavi have crooned the tracks. The audio of the film was officially launched on May 18 at a star hotel in Bangalore. Upendra, who was the special guest at the event, launched the album.

The underlining point of the album is that, three music directors have worked for the album. As we all know, Sadhu has scored the songs, Harikrishna and Raghu Dixit have crooned each songs.

Tony is a joint production between Srinagara Kitty and Indrakumar BV for Sky Studios. The film will also star Aindrita Ray, who is teamed up with Kitty for the first time.

The cast also includes Dilip Raj, Priti Jingiani, Harish Rayappa, Sharat Lohitashva, Veena Sunder, Suchindra Prasad and Dharmendra Prasad. The movie is being directed by Olave Mandara fame director Jayatheertha.

It is said that Srinagara Kitty will be seen with real tigers in the sequences of the song. The film is said to be about the greed.
