16,
at
his
residence
in
Sadhashiva
Nagar.
The
actor
was
immediately
rushed
to
Columbia
Asia
Hospital,
Yeshwanthpur,
Bangalore.
It
is
reported
that
Raghavendra
Rajkumar
collapsed
when
he
was
doing
his
regular
workout
in
gym
at
his
residence.
Sources
said
that
the
actor
is
likely
to
undergo
a
minor
surgery,
with
which
he
will
be
back
to
normal
within
few
days.
Shivaraj
Kumar
and
Madhu
Bangarappa
visited
the
hospital,
and
spoke
to
Raghavendra
Rajkumar.
The
news,
which
spread
like
a
wildfire
in
the
city,
made
many
of
Raj's
family
fans
to
gather
near
the
hospital,
who
were
praying
for
the
speedy
recovery
of
the
actor.
Raghavendra
Rajkumar,
who
is
called
as
Raaghanna
in
Sandalwood,
had
suffered
a
minor
heart
attack,
when
he
was
shooting
for
Anukoolakobba
Ganda
(1990)
after
which
he
took
a
break
for
few
months.
It
is
expected
that
Raghavendra
Rajkumar
might
have
got
a
chest
pain,
which
might
be
the
reason
for
his
collapse.
However,
more
information
from
Raj's
family
about
the
incident
is
awaited.
