Ramya Krishnan Returns To Sandalwood With Sweety

Popular actress from South films, Ramya Krishnan, who had acted in a lot of Kannada movies, is all set to make her comeback to Sandalwood. The one-time glamorous actress is returning with forthcoming movie Sweety starring Radhika Kumaraswamy and Aditya

The actress has been signed to play an important role in Sweety. Her last big movie was Rakta Kanneru starring Real Star Upendra, way back in 2004. The actress, who had acted in all the South Indian film industries and Bollywood, will be seen in a supporting role in Kannada films for the first time.

Ramya Krishnan has acted in above 15 Kannada films. It has to be noted that she has worked with late Dr Vishnuvardhan, Ravichandran, Upendra, Devaraj, Shivaraj Kumar and many others. Her popular movies were: Krishna Rukmini, Gadibidi Ganda, Mangalyam Thanthu Nanena, Yekangi and Rakta Kanneru.

Sweety is directed by Vijayalakshmi Singh. The movie also features Girish Karnad, Jai Jagadish, Sadhu Kokila, Rekha Das and Tabla Nani.
