Rishikumara Swamy Will Not Act In Kaliyuga

Kaali Swamy aka Rishikumara Swamy, who was all set to play an important role in Sandalwood's forthcoming movie Kaliyuga, has declared that he will not be acting in the movie. Early this week, there were reports that the proclaimed godman will be acting in the movie.

Rishikumara Swamy was present in the press meet of Kaliyuga, which was recently held in Bangalore. It was also said that the Swamy will be playing the role of an antagonist in the movie.

It is reported that Rishikumara Swamy has called a press meet and declared that he will not be acting in the movie. He said, "My conscience will not allow it. Chalapathy offered me a role, but I am not willing to play a villain." Kaali Swamy also added that he will be acting in the future, only if he gets permission from five Seers of his community. Director Chalapathy is now looking out for another actor to play the negative role in his movie.

Rishikumara, who is a saint, heads Kaali Sree Mata near Arasikere in Hassan district. He was earlier seen in a small role in Devrane. Kaliyuga, which mainly features newcomers in the important roles, will start its shooting from December 5.
