Rs 1 Crore Action Sequence For Upendra's Brahma

Upendra's Brahma, which is said to be the big budget Kannada movie, seems to be ready to create a record. In an industry where action sequences are shot with minimal budget, here comes a news of the latest Uppi's flick that will reportedly have an action sequence, which will make the producer of the flick to shell huge amount on a particular scene.

Rumour mills have it that Brahma producer Manjunath Babu is investing Rs 1 crore on the action sequence. The budget spent on the stunt will be a new record in Sandalwood, say industry insiders. The sequence will be shot in Rajasthan. More than 100 horses and eight cameras will be used to shoot the sequence.

Brahma is a bilingual movie simultaneously made in Kannada and Telugu. The story of the film dates back to 16th century to 21st century.

For the first time, Pranitha will be seen opposite Upendra. Rangayana Raghu, Sonu Sood, Sadhu Kokila, Nassar, Shayaji Shinde, Rahul Dev, Girish Karnad, Sumithra, Suchendra Prasad, Bullet Prakash and others are in the cast. Shekar Chandra is the cinematographer, Gurukiran is the music director and KM Praksh is the editor of the flick. The film will hit the screens early next year.
