It's a good news for Dr Vishnuvardhan's fans. The actor, who was called as a Lion of Kannada film Industry, will soon be seen as a protagonist in a comic book series.
Vishnu will be seen as a comic character in the book 'Detective Sahasa Simha,' which was recently launched by his son-in-law Anirudh. It is reported that the comic series also includes Vishnu's actress wife Bharathi Vishnuvardhan, and his grand childrens - Jyesta and Shloka. Vishnu will be seen as a detective agent in the series, who solves the mysteries with the help of his grand children.
Talking about the comic book, Vishnu's son-in-law Anirudh said, "Vishnuvardhan has done over 200 films and we wanted his legacy to live on in the form of a comic character. We chose the role of a detective as such characters are a hit with youngsters. My son Jyesta and Shloka are a part of the series and they help the detective solve mysteries."
Anirudh added, "The series will focus more on social issues so that the children reading it will get inspired to help those in need. The morals that Vishnuvardhan communicated through his films and followed in his own life will be highlighted in the series. The comic will be entertaining and educational."
