Rocking
Star
Yash,
who
was
accused
of
cheating
a
few
people
in
Mysore
over
chit
fund
business
last
year,
is
in
the
news
for
similar
reasons.
Well,
the
actor
has
landed
in
the
fresh
controversy
with
a
producer
filing
a
complaint
against
him
at
Producers'
Council
saying
that
Yash
took
an
advance
of
Rs
10
lakhs
a
few
years
ago
to
act
in
his
film
but
has
not
given
dates
yet.
Producer
Thimmappa
Raju
was
the
co-producer
of
Yash
starrer
Rocky,
which
was
made
in
2008.
He
had
paid
an
advance
of
Rs
10
lakhs
to
act
in
his
movie
but
the
actor,
after
taking
the
amount,
has
not
given
him
the
dates.
Hence,
he
has
approached
the
producers
guild
to
get
justice.
However,
Yash
has
something
else
to
say.
Yash
admits
that
he
took
the
money
in
advance
and
the
project
was
supposed
to
take
off
in
2008
under
the
direction
of
Anil,
the
director
of
forthcoming
movie
Dilwala.
He
waited
for
the
movie
to
start
but
it
never
hit
the
floors.
According
to
the
Drama
star,
his
dates
were
wasted
by
them
and
he
was
jobless
for
six
months.
So,
he
don't
see
any
necessity
to
pay
back
the
amount
now.
The
Kannada
actor
also
adds
that
once
the
advance
amount
is
paid,
nobody
ever
returns,
as
it
is
the
rule
of
the
industry.
He
ends
on
the
note
that
the
actor
would
act
in
his
film
if
he
pays
him
the
current
market
price.
