Ambareesh Is My Political Guru: Ramya

Sandalwood Queen Ramya, who was in news in Gandhinagara and political circles for passing remarks about Ambareesh's political entry, has finally apologised to his fans. The actress, who says Ambareesh is her political guru, had won over Congress ticket from Mandya Lok Sabha constituency.

Ramya is all set to try her luck for the second time by contesting in the upcoming polls. The actress alleges that there are few people inside the party, who are trying to spoil her image in Mandya and trying to create differences among her and Ambareesh.

Apologising Ambi's fans, young MP Ramya said, "I have never said my father and S M Krishna brought Ambareesh to politics, what I said was it is my father and S M Krishna who brought Ambareesh to Congress party, as he was in JD (S) when he first took plunge into politics. Ambareesh is my political guru and if my comments have hurt anyone, I would seek an apology from them. Some vested interests within the party are spreading canards against me."

Ambareesh's fans across the state staged a huge protest against Ramya for making comment against Ambareesh. The actress, who recently wrapped up the shooting of Aryan is taking break from the acting for few months.
