Ambareesha Makes 21 Crores Before Release

Challenging Star Darshan's Amabreesha is one of the most awaited movie this year. After much delay, the movie is all set to release in November. Such high are the expectations that sources say the movie has already made 21 Crores before it has been released.

The satellite rights of the movie was sold for a record breaking 5.5 Crores, now the distribution rights of the movie has also been sold for record price. It is estimated that the movie has raked up as much as 15.5 crores (approximately) with the distribution rights.

For the Bangalore-Tumkur circle alone the movie managed to get 7.5 crores approximately. The movie also managed to get 4 Crores from the Mysore-Mandya-Hassan circle distribution rights. The Mumbai Karnataka circle fetched 3 Crores, while the Hyderabad Karnataka circle distribution rights went for 1 crore.

This is a phenomenal response for a movie that is yet to be released. Darshan is proving himself to be the Box Office Sultan of Kannada film industry. With very few successful movies this year, Ambareesha will definitely provide relief to the loss ridden Kannada film industry.
