filed
a
legal
case
against
the
makers
of
Sandalwood's
upcoming
movie
Abhinetri
starring
Pooja
Gandhi,
which
is
all
set
to
release
this
week,
June
6,
2014.
The
writer
has
alleged
that
the
movie
is
based
on
the
serialised
novel
'Abhinetriya
Antaranaga,'
which
was
penned
by
her
in
2003.
The
serialised
novel
was
being
published
in
Kannada's
weekly
magazine
Mangala.
It
was
later
published
as
a
book
by
Sapna
Publications
under
the
authorship
of
Bhagya
Krishnamurthy.

Kulkarni's

Pooja
Gandhi
is
making
her
comeback
with
the
film,
which
is
said
to
be
based
on
the
real-life
incidence
of
Kannada's
yesteryear
actress
Kalpana.

watching
the
promotional
programs
of
Abhinetri,
Bhagya
Krishnamurthy
smelt
a
rat
and
tried
to
clarify
the
issue
with
the
makers.
She
has
alleged
that
expect
few
scenes
in
the
beginning
and
in
the
climax,
the
entire
film
is
based
on
her
serialised
novel
'Abhinetriya
Antaranaga'.
Therefore
she
has
filed
the
petition
to
the
court
seeking
a
stay
against
the
movie
release.
The
case
is
expected
to
come
up
for
the
hearing
by
this
afternoon
in
front
of
the
bench.
