Defeated Ramya Congratulates Opponent Puttraju

Seems like Kannada actress and Sandalwood Queen Ramya, the Congress contestant from Mandya Lok Sabha constituency, has taken the election result in the sportive way. The simple reason for this is that as soon as the election results were declared Ramya took her micro-blogging site Twitter to congratulate her opponent CS Puttraju and wished BJP party for their amazing victory across the country. "Congratulations to Mr. Puttaraju! It was a good fight, but there can be only one winner :) Congratulations BJP! Wish you the best! Will continue to work for the people of Mandya, thank you so much for your support! Thank you to everybody who worked for me!," tweeted Ramya, who was testing her luck for the second time from the same constituency. Ramya's tweet has got immediate response from thousands of her followers, who are appreciating for her good spirit.

Ramya was elected as the Member Of Parliament (MP) from Mandya in the previous Lok Sabha polls, which was held in August 2013. She has won in the elections with the handsome margin then opposite the same contestant. Ramya is said to be landed in the second place, by giving the neck to neck competition for the winning candidate CS Puttraju.
