Director Pawan Kumar, who has caught the attention of the International audience with his critically acclaimed movie Lucia is considered to be one of the creative of movie making in India. Pawan has also addressed many seminars across the globe and introduced the concept of crowd funded movie.

The movie, which stars Srimurali and Haripriya in lead roles has received rave reviews from the critics and audience. Best Parts Of The Movie Making
Talking about the best part of the movie making, Pawan Kumar has opined, "Cinematography, Editing n stylizing is the best part. Making characters LARGER than life and likable is a difficult task and I think it was done very well."
The Thing, Which Pawan Kumar Loved
Pawan Kumar said, "Only thing I craved for is a bit of silence, the background score was new, but I felt it was there too often. There is one particular small sequence where there is no score and that I loved."
Pawan Kumar Started Filtering
Pawan Kumar said, "But I know how difficult it is to get the right balance, even I first load the film with background scores completely and then start filtering it out. And after a while you don't know if you are doing right or wrong."
Pawan Kumar was impressed by the song 'Ugramm veeram,' which was shot in the holy backdrop. He mentions, "Fav sequence - Holi scene.. too good."
Non Favourite Scenes
These were the non-favourite scenes for Pawan Kumar in Ugramm. "Comedy stuff, I felt the movie had a nice NEW texture to it, and these comedy scenes used to take it back to the past.," he says.
