Radhika To Become Action Queen

Actress Radhika Kumaraswamy recently made her comeback into the Kannada film industry with the movie Sweety Nanna Jodi. The actress who turned 29 recently, celebrated her birthday with the crew of her next movie Rudratandava. On the special occasion, the actress also revealed information about her upcoming project.

Apart from Rudratandava and Nimagagi, the actress will soon start working on a new movie. This new movie will be directed by Nandakishore, the director of Ranna and Victory. What is interesting is that, Radhika will be seen as Action Queen in this new movie.

The actress clarified that her character in the movie is not just about fighting goons. The actress will also be doing adventurous stuffs like horse riding and mountain climbing in the movie. Her character has been designed to make it a woman oriented movie.

Radhika met Nandakishore on the recommendation of actor-comedian Chikanna. The actress was impressed with a script offered by Nandakishore and accepted the offer. Currently the director is busy with the shooting of Sudeep starrer Ranna and only the first half of the script has been written. Right now the director has asked the actress to learn horse riding and rope climbing so that she is ready for the role.

When asked about her daughter entering the film industry, the actress quipped that she is waiting for the right role to launch her daughter. The new movie with Nandakishore will be produced under Radhika's home banner Shamika creations.
