Star,
which

remake
of
Malayalam
movie
Traffic,
Ravichandran
has
geared
up
for
another
remake
movie.
The
actor
is
all
set
to
play
the
lead
role
in
Kannada
remake
of
Mollywood's
recent
hit
Drishyam.
Drishyam
starring
Mohanlal
and
Meena
in
the
lead
roles
was
released
in
December
2013.
The
movie,
which
is
still
taking
Box
Office
by
storm,
has
reportedly
grossed
Rs
50
crore.
It
is
said
that
after
the
commercial
success
of
Drishyam,
there
was
a
huge
demand
for
the
remake
rights
of
the
movie
across
South
India.
Telugu
and
Tamil
versions
of
Drishyam
is
likely
to
star
Victory
Venktesh
and
Universal
Star
Kamal
Hassan,
respectively,
in
the
lead
role.
Ravichandran,
who
is
known
for
his
remake
movies,
will
be
essaying
Mohanlal's
role
in
Kannada
version.
Drishyam
is
the
family
drama,
which
was
directed
Jeethu
Joseph.
It
is
said
that
initially
the
makers
of
Kannada
version
had
selected
Ramesh
Aravind
along
with
Ravichandran.
As
Ramesh
is
busy
with
the
direction
of
a
bilingual
movie
with
Kamal
Hassan,
Ravi
was
finalised.

E4E
has
reportedly
owned
the
remake
rights
of
Drishyam
in
