Reasons Why Ambareesha Will Be A Trend-setter!

Darshan's upcoming movie Ambareesha will release on November 20th. Huge expectations have been built around the movie and fans are waiting for the D-day when the movie will hit the silver screen. This isn't the first movie by the Challenging star. For a decade almost, the actor has been delivering blockbuster movies. However, the buzz around his new movie has never been this high.

Ambareesha is going to be a trend-setter in the Kannada film industry this year. There are a few reasons why I feel that this is the movie that could smash all records on the box office and reiterate that Darshan is indeed the Sultan of Box office in the Kannada film industry.

Ambareesha: What To Expect

The production value
Ambareesha is already getting the tag of the most expensive movie in the Kannada film industry. The producer and the director have not flinched on spending on the movie. One song of the movie was shot at a cost of 50 lakh at Abbai Naidu studio. One can only guess how much the producers have spent on the whole movie.

Kempe Gowda's Story
For the first time Rebel Star Ambareesh will be portraying the role of the historical Feudal Lord Kempe Gowda. He is credited as the founder of the city of Bengaluru. Ambareesha will tell us the story of Kempe Gowda for the first time.

Amalgamation of Periodical and Mass entertainer
Perhaps, this has never been tried in the any Kannada movie so far. A mass entertainer movie having the periodical story written into the plot. I am eager to see how smartly this has been done. One guess I could have is that since Darshan's character fights the Land mafia in Bengaluru, the protagonist will give us a history lesson on how Kempe Gowda built this city.

CGI effects
Not since the blockbuster hit Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna, has any Kannada movie used CGI such extensively. The director claims that the amount of CGI used in Ambareesha is the highest ever for any Kannada movie.

Priyamani
For the first time the actress has been paired with Darshan. The director's logic was that only an actress like her could match the strong screen presence of Darshan. The National Award winning actress has previously done many strong roles. Personally, I feel the talented actress could be the X-factor for the movie.

The movie also has the successful pairing of Darshan and Rachita Ram. On November 20th this Juggernaut of a movie is all set to roll out and smash the records on the box office.
