Upendra's Brahma Censored

Superstar Upendra starrer Brahma - The Leader has passed its last and final hurdle for the release. The members of regional censor board, who viewed the movie on January 30 has awarded U/A for the movie.

Brahma, the bilingual movie is the first combination of Upendra and director R Chandru. The movie is simultaneously made in Kannada, Telugu and dubbed into Tamil.

However, only Kannada version of Brahma has been certified with U/A. Telugu and Tamil versions are yet to be censored, which is likely to be done in the next week. The movie is all set to hit the screens on February 7. All the three versions of Brahma will be releasing at a time in more than 1,000 theatres across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

Apart from Uppi, Brahma also features Pranitha, Sonu Sood, Nasar, Ananth Nag, Rangayana Raghu, Sadhu Kokila, Bullet Prakash, Suchendra Prasad, Sumitra and others in the key roles. Gurukiran has scored the music for the movie. It is reported that the outright of Brahma was sold for Rs 15 crore in Kannada, and in Telugu and Tamil it is been sold for a decent price. It is also expected to loot the Box Office and create another record.
