We have now reached the mid of 2015. Many movies have released till date, but none of the movies had a craze like SS Rajamouli's Baahubali. The craze here depicts both stardom and the global market.
Baahubali is a Indian epic movie.The first part Baahubali, The Beginning has created new trend in Indian cinemas. The movie has also broke all the records of SRK's Happy New Year, which was considered as the highest grosser of 2015.
Coming back to Kannada film industry, Baahubali has been released in more number of theatres all over Karnataka. Prabhas acquires huge fan base in Raichur, Kolar and Davangere. The movie is doing good business in all theses places says reports.
2015 kick-started with the release of Vinay Rajkumar's Siddhartha. Many big budget films like Mythri, Krishna Leela, Rana Vikrama, Ranna, Vajrakaya, Ganapa and RangiTaranga were released, but none acquired the craze like Baahubali.
Through this, Baahubali has once again proven that, South Indian cinemas are not lesser than any film industry. According to the trade report, Baahubali has collected Rs 60 Crores on its first day at the box office. Making the best use of the weekend, Baahubali has collected Rs 150 Crores(approx).
