After Tyson, Gayathri Iyer Bags K Manju's 'Smile Please'!

Many new faces have made their entry into Sandalwood. But, only a few managed to be the lead stars in the movies. Two among them are actors 'First Rank Raju' fame Gurunandan & 'Tyson' fame Urmila Gayathri aka Gayathri Iyer.

The latest reports from Gandhinagara say that, Urmila Gayathri & Gurunandan will be playing lead roles in the upcoming movie Smile Please.

After the success from debut movie 'First Rank Raju', Gurunandan has been chosen to play hero in a comedy genre film titled as 'Smile Please'. The movie is hemed by writer Raghu Samrat & producer K Manju is banrolling the project.

Now, the film-makers have confirmed newbie Urmila Gayathri who is currently gearing up for the release of Tyson opposite Jr Tiger, Vinod Prabhakar.

The sources reveal that, "The makers of Smile Please were in search of a heroine, when they happened to watch the rushes of Tyson and a bit of Urmila's work, which they found it impressive. Later the producer got in touch with the actor and finalized her after the director thought that she fit the bill. Likewise, the actress did not have a second thought and said 'Yes' to the project mainly because it was made by renowned producer K Manju".

Smile Please will also star actors Rangayana Raghu & Ananth Nag in pivotal roles. The movie is slated to go on floors from March end or April, according to the availability of Gurunandan's dates.

Gayathri Iyer is also associated with Darshan's Jaggu Dada! Yes, the actress will be in seen as a bar dancer in a song in Darshan's next. Let's wait to see her soon in Tyson.
