Bollywood Diva Juhi's Cameo Is Crucial In Pushpaka Vimana, Here's Why!

Ramesh Aravind's 100th film, Pushapaka Vimana is shaping up with a lot of surprises and thrilling moments stuffed at the right places. Apparently, the Bollywood diva, Juhi Chawla's cameo in the film is one among them.

It is learnt that Juhi will be seen in a special song in the film, which comes at an important juncture, to rapid the pace of the film. Rather than a mere cameo appearance, Juhi will be a key element of the film.

"Juhi still mesmerised with her presence. The film's story is based in the 1980s and is taken through a sepia tone, and it is Juhi, who brings a transformation with her song which is slotted ten minutes before the climax. She takes the film to another level altogether," said Vikyath, one of the producers of film, while talking to a leading daily.

The actress said to have shot for the song last week in Bengaluru and her look from the song, is taking the internet by a storm. After her Kannada film Premaloka in 1980's, Juhi is again coming back to Sandalwood with this special song, which is almost after 30 years.

Taking about Juhi Chawla's act, the producer further added that there is a strong connect about her to the film. "Since our film runs in the 1980s, we had to tune the audience's mind to that period. So we had to bring in a well- known actress of the time. The moment Kannada audience thinks of Juhi, they only go back to Premaloka.

"Having today's heroine wouldn't have been worth. We have been ensuring every minute aspect of the film from the beginning and her choice was unanimous and she has justified it thoroughly", he reasoned casting Juhi for the act.
