Actor Dhanajay who is known for movies like Director's Special and Jessie, who played the main role, is playing the role of a baddie in Director Suri's Tagaru, starring Hatrick Hero Shivanna.
At least one big announcement is being made every week, which is
keeping the movie in buzz, even before the shoot has actually
started. Latest announcement of Dhananjay playing the baddie is the
Dhananjay who has made a mark as a hero, with a couple of films,
is yet to taste success playing a negative role. He has couple of
films including Nagabharana's Allama in the making. This
decision of playing a negative role is said to be the biggest step
he has ever taken in his career.
The main highlight of the movie is said to be the track between
Shivanna and Dhananjay. Suri has taken special care for the role of
Dhananjay, which is not on the similar lines of how a typical
villain's role is portrayed in a commercial entertainer.
As quoted by a leading daily, Suri has said that Dhananjay was
very keen to be a part of this project, as he is looking to
establish himself as an actor and not a Hero. This fact was
immensely liked by Suri who later roped in Dhananjay for a negative
role for this movie.
Suri also discussed the casting with Shivanna who was more than
happy with Dhananjay coming onboard. This will be a fresh casting,
as it is for the first time that these two actors will be seen
Suri is planning to launch the movie on August 21st. Meanwhile,
he is finalizing the remaining star cast and crew.
Shooting however will start once Suri has completed the work of
Dodmane Huduga, which is gearing up for a September
