First
Rank
Raju
fame
Gurunandan,
has
at
least
signed
half
a
dozen
projects
after
tasting
the
success
last
year.
He
is
now
shooting
for
Raghuram
DP's
Missing
Boy.
Missing
Boy
is
based
on
a
true
story
narrated
by
Inspector
Lava
Kumar
to
Raghuram.
He
was
so
impressed
with
the
incident
that
he
decided
to
make
a
movie
out
of
it,
and
started
working
on
the
script.
Once
he
had
the
script
ready,
he
approached
his
gym
buddy
Gurunandan,
who
liked
the
story
in
the
first
go,
and
gave
his
nod
to
be
a
part
of
this
project.
The
shoot
is
going
on
at
brisk
pace
now
in
and
around
Bangalore.
Kolla
Praveen,
who
was
the
co-producer
for
Maanikya
and
Power,
is
producing
the
movie
under
Kolla
Entertainments.
This
is
his
second
movie
as
a
full-fledged
producer
after
Goli
Soda,
which
is
ready
for
release.
The
latest
news
from
the
team
is
that
they
have
roped
in
Archana
Jayakrishnan
as
the
heroine.
She
has
done
a
couple
of
Malayalam
movies
and
a
few
ads.
She
was
born
and
brought
up
in
Canada,
but
her
family
relocated
to
Bangalore,
six
years
ago.
Raghuram,
whose
last
release
Fair
and
Lovely
with
Lovely
Star
Prem
and
Swetha
Srivatsav,
did
not
work
as
he
had
expected.
Also,
his
other
film
Ninagagi
which
had
Vijay
Raghavendra
and
Radhika,
was
stalled
because
of
financial
issues.
So
he
is
leaving
no
stone
unturned
to
make
this
project
a
commercial
success.
