Kotigobba 2 Teaser Review

The much expected Kotigobba 2 teaser was released on 2nd July as announced by the team earlier. Let's see how the teaser was and what we liked the most in the teaser.

The first teaser of Kotigobba 2 was released last year, for Kichcha Sudeep's birthday and first teaser did not reveal much about the story or the characters. The teaser was specially designed for Sudeep fans for his birthday. Hence, there were much expectations on the second teaser.

Teaser starts with different shots of Kichcha Sudeep, obviously with a peppy background score. The start of the teaser gives us an idea that Sudeep may have two shades to his character or there are two roles in which one is of a Don and second one of a decent guy who is a real estate agent. The background dialogue, Mojugara Sogasugara also gives an idea of the same.

There are glimpses of Nithya Menen, and as usual she is fantastic with her lines and her smile is sure to impress her fans yet again. Teaser also has the latest comedy sensation Chikkanna and Sadhu Kokila with a few quirky dialogues which gives us an indication that movie has good comedy as well.

Reference to Sahasasimha Vishnu Vardhan in movies are entertaining and we can expect fans' reactions for this on the release day. Also, it looks like the sequel has a fresh story and no relation with Vishnu Dada's Kotigobba.

Prakash Raj plays the role of Sudeep's father whereas, Nassar and Ravishankar play the roles of cops. The one minute teaser has glimpses of all the major characters and surely makes us want more.

Audio is expected to be released on July 9th. Team is planning for a theatrical release in July last week, based on the release of Tamil movie Kabali.
