Film-maker Pawan Kumar of Lucia fame wants to enjoy the recently released Hollywood flick, The Jungle Book in Kannada.
Having contacted a representative from Disney, the director who
is busy working on his next release U-turn, wants
moviegoers to pitch in and take care of the dubbing needs of
The Jungle Book in Kannada.
Speaking to The News Minute, Pawan has explained why movies like
these should be dubbed in our mother tongue.
"If I don't understand English well, I will not be able to enjoy
the movie to the fullest. I will not be able to connect with the
story and understand what the characters are trying to convey. Why
should I be denied to watch the movie I want in Kannada, especially
when it is getting dubbed in other languages?" Pawan has
