Punjabi
actress
Aman
is
making
her
Kannada
debut
through
the
upcoming
movie
Tale
Bachkoli
Powder
Hakkoli,
being
directed
by
Venugopal
and
produced
by
Vikram.
Speaking
to
Times
of
India,
the
actress
has
shared
her
experience
of
working
in
her
first
Sandalwood
film.
"I've
always
wanted
to
do
south
movies
because
I've
heard
that
everything
about
working
on
a
film
here
is
professional.
And
shooting
for
this
movie
met
my
expectations
in
that
regard," she
has
said.
Talking
about
her
role
and
how
she
bagged
it,
Aman
has
said,
"I
met
Vikram,
he
liked
my
look
and
I
was
selected
for
the
movie.
I
play
a
village
girl
who
falls
in
love
with
Vikram's
character,
whose
parents
don't
agree
with
her
choice
of
man
because
he
isn't
really
doing
anything
with
his
life.
So
he
has
to
prove
himself
to
get
their
approval."
When
asked
why
she
chose
this
particular
movie,
Aman
has
revealed,
"The
fact
that
I
get
to
play
a
village
girl.
I
love
the
typical
attire
-
the
flowers
in
the
hair
and
the
ghagra
cholis.
Also,
I've
played
Western,
urban
girls
in
my
Punjabi
films,
so
Tale
Bachkoli...
gave
me
the
chance
to
play
a
character
I
hadn't
played
before."
