Savi Savi Nenapu has an effective fragrance and likeable freshness attached to it that you would relish while watching it. The film is which is produced by SV Babu and directed by young director Santhosh Kumar Paathaaje. Yes, the film is soft and a little slow in narration. But the slow narration matches with the story content which certainly new by any standards.
Santhosh Pathaaje has undertaken the topic of heart transplantation and has weaved around it a love story. This kind of a story was sure to go well with the average Kannada film audience. Keeping this in mind, it can be surely be appreciated as class film.

Preethi's heart is transplanted to Pallavi who is also facing marital problems. Prem does not want Preethi's heart to suffer and plans things in such a way that Pallavi remains happy. What happens later is best watched on the screen.
