Beladingalagi Baa - Review

By Super

Dialogue and screenplay writer M S Ramesh is back to direction after a long hiatus. Ramesh who is known for his hard hitting and action films, this time has arrived with a soft film which centers around love and peace.

Vivek (Vijay Raghavendra) who grows up under the shadow of grand father (Dr. Chandrashekhara Kambara) falls in love with Vasu (Ramanithu Chaudhury). Vivek puts the proposal before Vasu's father (Avinash) who is an inspector. But the inspector rejects his proposal because Vivek's father is a famous underworld don. Vivek tries to solve this problem smoothly but that is not easy for him. As the film moves, Vivek is caught between the good grand fatherand bad guys like Shobharaj and Rangayana Raghu. How Vivek solves the problem and marries Vasu forms the crux of the film.

Vijay Raghavendra is easy at his role. Ramnithu Choudhary looks beautiful. But don't expect much from her. Dr. Chandrashekara Kambara is graceful. Rangayana Raghu the one eyed villain makes you laugh heartily. Shobharaj and Avinash are as usual at their best. Gurukiran comes with one humming number in the form of 'Sari Sari'. Dasari Seenu's camera work is good. M S Ramesh could have improved the screenplay a little to become more crisper. Otherwise this film has everything to hold the audience glued to their seats. Don't miss this one!
