Shivaraj Kumar (popularly called Shivanna) is trying to present himself in diverse roles in his upcoming films. Though his recent films did not fetch the expected response at the box office, he is now trying his best to do some unusual roles in different get ups.
Maadesha has Shivanna playing the role of a young educated man living in a village. He decides to move to the city, landing himself into a different new world and unanticipated problems. He now has to face the city's underworld.
Shivanna will be seen in a new avataar, with a new look and a different hairstyle. Umesh, a specialist from Mumbai, has been assigned the task of handling Shivaraj Kumar's hairstyle and new look. Goverdhan Murthy produces the movie directed by Ravi Srivatsa, with more emphasis on emotions and expressions, including the mother-son sentiment. Shivanna will be seen expressing, through his eyes, the element of fear involved while facing the underworld dons.
Hai Bangalore Editor, Ravi Belagere, is playing an important role in the film which also casts television artists Sunchiyindra Prasad, Ramesh Pandit, and ZeeTV Raghu in other important roles. Others in the cast include Kote Prabhakar, Harish Rai, Munni and Yethiraj (Jaggesh's son).
Seetharam cranks the camera and Ismail handles the art department. This big-budget movie will be shot in Bangalore and Australia.
