Bahaddur – Movie Review

The highly anticipated movie Bahaddur, starring Dhruv Sarja and Radhika Pandit was released to full house on October 3rd. The movie marks the return of the successful pair of Dhruva and Radhika. The two were paired in Addhuri, a movie that went on to become a blockbuster hit.

Produced by Phaneesh and directed by Chethan, the movie is a simple love story of a guy from a rich family and a simple college going girl. The movie expectations were high with the pairing of Dhruv and Radhika. Their on-screen chemistry in Addhuri was a highlight which made the movie so popular.

The movie is story about a guy called Ashok Bahaddur (Dhruv Sarja). He is from a royal heritage but a very fun loving guy. He meets a girl names Anjali (Radhika Pandit). Anjali is a student in Mysore. The two fall in love. However, Anjali had promised her father not to have any love affair. Her father objects to this relationship. Ashok not only fights the goons to protect his girlfriend, but also tries to impress her father.

How Ashok manages to win over Anjali’s family is the crux of the story. The movie is entertaining till the end. The director Chethan has written the dialogue for the movie. The catchy, slapstick dialogue is the most entertaining part of the movie. All the actors have excelled in the acting department. Dhruv Sarja shines in both acting and action sequences. Radhika Pandit plays her role as a bubbly loveable girl to perfection.

Supporting cast includes the highly talented Ravi Shankar, Achyuth Kumar and Srinivas Murthy. The supporting cast add to the brilliance of the movie. The music by V Harikrishna is very catchy and has already become very popular.

Bahaddur is a very entertaining movie. The viewers will not have single moment of boredom. A must watch to all cine lovers.
