Huchudugaru (Huchu Hudugaru) - Movie Review

Debutant director RJ Pradeepa is a new entry for the list of young talents, who are currently emerging as the promising filmmakers in Sandalwood in upcoming days. His much anticipated movie Huchudugaru, which features Chetan Chandra and Adithi Rao in the leads has got released and getting good response across the state.

Kannada's early superhit movies Huchcha and Hudugaru were two remake movies of Tamil films, Huchudugaru can be proudly called as original Kannada movie from our young and promising talents. As the title says, the movie is the story of youth, who will be called as Huchuduagaru (mischievous/naughty/stubborn/attitude boys) in their town in Nanjangood near Mysore city. The four youths Shiva (Chetan Chandra), Madesha (Amith), Shankara (Prathap) and Nanjunda (Dev) will lack in their decision making capacity for which they will face many problems in their life. The movie is all about these boys.

What are the incidences, which will make them lock horns with antagonist Maari Gowda aka Maari (Ravishankar)? Will Huchudugaru be successful in their mission? Answers to all these forms the crux of the story, which one needs to watch and enjoy it on the silver screen.
