Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus is a much hyped movie of the year 2013. The film had already made it to the headlines for its cast and crew. The new makeover of Mammootty in the film is the main highlight. Actress Sanam Shetty has made her debut in the industry with this movie. Honey Rose is another female lead.

Cleetus is a goonda, but by chance he is offered to play the role of Jesus Christ in a drama by Father Sunny, which was supposed to be played during festivals. Things change in the life of Cleetus after that. Events that occured in the life of Jesus Christ start occuring in the life of Cleetus too. What happens to Cleetus and the people surrounding him form the rest of the story.
