Considering that Asuravithu is a sequel to Stop Violence, the film has fallen short of the audience expectations. However, A.K. Sajan has succeeded in connecting both the films.
Asuravithu, like many other films of this genre is the same old story of an angry young man being pushed into the big bad world of the underworld. While Asuravithu starts off well, the pace of the film drops to a great extent in the second half.
