Darvinte Parinamam Story

Darvinte Parinamam Malayalam Movie is a light hearted comedy entertainer from the director Jijo Antony. Movie showcase the life of Anil Anto(Prithviraj) and his wife Amala(Chandini) who are new to the Kochi city. Once, they come across Darvin(Chemban Vinod) who thinks that Kochi is in his hands. The resulting humorous plot Knit the story of Darvinte Parinamam. Darvinte Parinamam is produced by Prithviraj, Shaji Nadesan, Santhosh Sivan, and Arya under the banner of August Cinemas. Darvin aka Gorilla Darvin (Chemban Vinod) is a ruthless gangster who leads a violent life. Anil Anto (Prithviraj) is a middle-class young man, who leads a happy life with his wife Amala. After an unfortunate incident, Darvin and Anil Anto get connected to each other's life, thus changing the former into a completely different man. What happens to Darvin and how Anil influences him forms the plot of the movie. Prithviraj shines as Anil Anto, even though the character provides a very less scope to perform. Chemban Vinod has brilliantly essayed Gorilla Darvin and his changes. The movie has a good basic plot, but the clarity less narration weakens its impact. Writer Manoj Nair failed to make the twists and turns in the story believable, as the screenplay lacks detailing. An average entertainer, which could have been much better.
