Mamata makes Tamil debut

There are many who believe that Mamta Mohandas career in Malayalam came to an abrupt end simply because she got a bit too glamorous in the film Lanka. After that, she was offered Keerthichakra, but the actress walked out of it.

Then, she shifted to Tamil. Sivappadhikaaram was the first film that she had accepted in Kollywood.

The film was released last week and it has had a phenomenal opening and is doing very good at the box office over the weekend. Sivappadhikaaram was very crucial film for the hero, Vishaal. Until now, he had acted in three films and all of them turned out to be blockbusters. And, it looks as if the fourth film too is going to be one.

Mamta Mohandas frankly doesn't have anything much to do in the film but the camera had captured her sensuality and glamour very beautifully.

In another few weeks we'll know if she's going to be the next Nayantara of Kollywood.
