Asin going places

Malayalee beauty Asin is all set to expand her empire. After making film debut in Malayalam, she left for Tollywood and hit big times in Tamil with blockbuster Ghajini. Now, she is going to act opposite actor Aamir Khan in the Hindi remake of Ghajini, to be directed by Murugadoss. And she has shifted her base to Mumbai now.

Adding one more feather to her hat, she has signed Bharat Bali's film The Night 3 Step, which is to be made in English. It is said that director Bharat Bali is trying to rope in Kamal Hassan or Mohanlal to play the lead role.

Asin is perhaps the most successful Malayalee actress in Tamil. The success of her recent release Pokkiri, a remake of Mahesh Babu's Telugu film, has made her really hot. At present, she has Dasavatharam opposite Kamal Hassan and Vel with Surya. In Bollywood, she has Delhi - 6 to be directed by Rakesh Mehra. The actress said that she she has three Hindi films on hand.

But the sad news for Asin fans in Kerala is that she may not find time for Malayalam!
